Reboot Replay Disc Repair Disclaimer
Disc resurfacing can improve many playback issues caused by scratches and normal wear. However, not all discs can be restored.
Please note
- Deep scratches that penetrate the data layer may be permanent.
- Cracks, chips, or broken discs cannot be repaired.
- Delamination, including separating disc layers or disc rot, cannot be repaired.
- Damage caused by heat, warping, or chemical exposure may not be reversible.
- Some discs may show cosmetic improvement but still experience playback issues.
- Disc resurfacing removes a microscopic layer of the disc and cannot recreate missing data.
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that Reboot Replay cannot guarantee that every disc will be fully restored to working condition.
Our Promise
We inspect every disc individually and only perform services that we believe have a reasonable chance of improving its condition.
If a disc cannot be resurfaced because of cracks, chips, severe damage, or another unrecoverable defect, it will not be resurfaced and will be returned in the condition in which it was received. We will notify you whenever reasonably possible.

Before Sending Your Discs
Please package your discs securely. Reboot Replay is not responsible for damage caused during shipping to our facility. We recommend protecting each disc in a sleeve or case and using bubble wrap, a padded mailer, or a sturdy box appropriate for the shipment.
Important: Disc resurfacing cannot repair cracks, chips, disc rot, or damage that has penetrated the data layer. Results vary depending on the condition of each disc.
