At Reboot Replay LLC, we specialize in retro video games, refurbished consoles, restored hardware, and gaming accessories. Due to the nature of vintage electronics and collectible media, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

## Tested & Refurbished Products

All games, consoles, and accessories are professionally cleaned, tested, and inspected before shipment.

Some products may include:
- Disc resurfacing
- Capacitor replacement (recapping)
- Battery replacement/modification
- Internal cleaning
- Thermal paste replacement
- General refurbishment/restoration

Any major repairs or modifications will be disclosed in the product listing.

## Used & Retro Item Condition

Most products sold are pre-owned vintage items and may show:
- Cosmetic wear
- Minor scratches
- Label wear
- Yellowing/discoloration
- Aging plastics
- Packaging wear

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

## Returns

We accept returns for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not as described

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

## Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Compatibility misunderstandings
- Cosmetic issues clearly shown in photos/descriptions
- Modding attempts or user damage after delivery

## Disc Resurfacing Notice

Some games may be professionally resurfaced using commercial disc repair equipment to improve readability and functionality. Minor cosmetic resurfacing marks may still be visible.

## Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:
1. Contact us immediately
2. Provide photos of:
   - Packaging
   - Shipping label
   - Damaged item

## Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
